I’m always up for experimenting with different way to drink gin and this week as it’s been hot I thought I’d try making a Gin Slushy. It’s one of the best flavoured gin mixes I’ve experimented with so far.
🍹50ml Pothecary Trinity Gin
🍹1 Ribena Ice Pop or a Calipso
🍹Fever Tree Light Tonic
Fill glass of choice half way with ice, add ingredients as above, stir and enjoy.
