Last night, some friends and I ventured out to the Dark Revolution Taproom in Salisbury. These guys brew their own beer, and there was plenty to choose from on the menu (as you can see in the 3rd picture). I, however, didn’t go with one of their own and went with the Yonder Mango & Lime Popsicle. I love sour, and this one was that perfect childhood memory of having a twister lolly on the beach or at the park. It was rich in mango, but the lime cuts through the sweetness, leaving a slight but not eye watering sourness. The mix of normal poured beer with a slushie poured on top was fantastic and needs to be done more!!
The place itself looks like nothing from the outside, but the inside is another would.The decor is bright yet full of their amazing dark revs artwork. Their snack selection is on point and probably one of the best selections I’ve seen in a long time. Yes, we definitely got some that are pictured, and before anyone moans, do not diss the pickles!!!
For those who want to add to their taproom list, are in that area, or you just love great beer, get your arse down there!!!
