Back in February, I was invited along to Experience Hampshire’s first spring Foraging & Wild Herbal Medicine experience of the year. Lewis was our guide and had a world of knowledge and experience of foraging. I never knew that there was so much we could use literally right at our feet!
Being February, the forage season is only really just starting and therefore not much about, but we still managed to find quite a lot and despite it being extremely cold Lewis’s enthusiasm and ability to keep us all motivated and interested made this a truly amazing experience. I also believe the pitstop of Herbal Tea helped us warm up too!
