How many of you head to London and forget just how many free museums there are to visit? I do and that’s even after living there for nearly two years previously.
I love a bit of history, the interactive kids sections (yes I am a big kid at heart) and the fact you could spend nearly the whole day walking around a museum and still not know everything it holds.
Here are a few museums I’ve visited but there are many more that not even I knew existed. Each one regularly hold exhibitions which sometimes incur a cost, which also helps change it up a bit if you fancy visiting more than once.

When I last visited Dippy the Dinosaur was the main attraction but I am yet to see Blue Whale. The museum hold of 80 million items all based on botany, entomology, mineralogy, paleontology and zoology. It’s full of history (funny that) and nearly a full day out can be had here.
