Yes you read that correctly Chococo have recently branched out into the world of postal brownies and I was so excited when I was offered the chance to sample some.
On arrival the brownies turned up in a very cute box printed with the Chococo signature logo. Inside the tray of brownie was wrapped beautifully and a card with date, nutritional information and the flavour was included. They have also taken the time to ensure that all packaging is plastic free and environmentally friendly. Thats always a win for me.

I was so excited to find out that I received Dorset Sea Salt Caramel Brownies. Even better this is a collaboration between Dorset Sea Salt and Chococo, two excellent Dorset based companies. In my eyes anything with salted caramel is the best so I could not wait to tuck in.
The brownies come uncut in one big square tray, which means you can cut whatever size you like or just eat it all at once. Wanting to make sure I captured everything I wanted to try it a few ways so made mine last a bit longer than normal.
Made with Madagascar cocoa at around 67% or more this is a very chocolately rich fudgy tray of goodness. The Dorset Sea Salt Caramel addes this sticky sweetness that is mellowed out by the saltiness. It’s heaven in every mouthful.
I tried mine cold and also warmed with vanilla ice cream. If I had to chose a best way of having it out of these two options, I can’t!!

If you’d like to get your hands on some of these then head to their details below. They don’t just offer this flavour but also Squigy Pecan and Gold, Cocoa Nib and Sea Salt or their current limited addition which is Cherry Bakewell. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
