Here is my Rhubarb and Ginger recipe, you could always change the rhubarb gin to a rhubarb cordial if you prefer. I enjoy drinking this as a change from a normal gin and tonic. It’s got a strong kick to it so not for the faint hearted ginger lover.
- 50ml Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger Gin Liqueur
- 50ml Dorset Ginger’s Strong Ginger
- Ice Cubes
- Small Tumbler
Place a handful of Ice cubes into a small tumbler. Pour in the gin and the ginger. Stir and enjoy!
